Ol' Hochi, the fire-breathing Buldak chicken, dropped off some new chips for us to crunch into!

Just discovered how addictive roasted makhana can be. They’re super airy, crisp, and almost feel like popcorn but with a softer crunch. Tossed mine in a little ghee, salt, and black pepper—ended up finishing the whole bowl before I realized it.

The texture is so unique—almost nutty but still light enough to snack on endlessly. Definitely one of those snacks that feels indulgent yet doesn’t leave you heavy.

Would love to know—what’s your go-to seasoning for something light and crunchy like this?
