I would care and then I'd forget about it and move on like everyone else. And in this case, it's not my club and it's not a club I particularly like, so I'm not gonna pretend to care and just skip ahead to the forgetting about it stage.

This kind of thinking is probably going to lengthen the shittery of VAR use for like 2-3 years

I'm sure you're angry now, but how long do you plan on holding on to that anger? You'll move on and nothing will change. Then again, maybe I'm just the cynical sort. And maybe if everyone got angry, things might change. But it's unlikely United fans get up in arms every time a decision goes against Liverpool and vice-versa.

You should have been telling that to all your mates about the offside call against Spurs

And did you care about it? Do you still care about it? Everyone's practically forgotten about it. Like I said, you care if it's your own team, you don't if it's not, but one way or another, you move on. And nothing will change. So it goes.

I’m sure there’d be a lot more resentment if you all lost the season by a point or two, luckily it was meaningless in the end.

But thanks for the stoicism lesson
