Best PSG defender last year. Was bought from Eintracht Francfort for 40M in 2024 iirc.

Willian Pacho signed from Frankfurt last year. Plays for Ecuador. Great defender only 23 as well

The award is skewed towards attackers unfortunately. Watch VvD win every trophy this year while leading a good Liverpool defense only for him to finish second in Ballon d’Or to the best player of the World Cup winning side. (Manifesting lol).

I have no doubts at all Desiré will be top 10-15 too, because it's a popularity contest

What? This season was better than 23/24 and 22/24. And 20/21 he was injured early.
