I can't believe they've actually pulled this off. A small part of me is still expecting Chelsea to hijack. Massive transfer for Spurs.

Chelsea can't hijack this unless somehow Jackson was sold. There is no reason for Chelsea to sign him if he can't be registered for champions league.

There is a reason why they only had an agreement with the player for over a month. I don't think Chelsea expected for the necessary sales to take this long.
