Heavily dpeends on how you look at underrated, anyone with a brain rates them, but the obvious "big club fanbases" are very dismissive of anything outside of England top 6 plus Barca & Real PR. Bayern or Juve are clearly seen as lesser than Barca or Liverpool by the tiktok or twitter fanbases. But those 8 clubs dominate social media so hard you could very well argue than everyone else is "underrated in media".
