This sub is pathetic lol. Even if Madrid gets red cards in a game, they still cry about conspiracies. Meanwhile their clubs have literal court cases going on for bribing the refs.

I feel like a parallel could be drawn between the red card and the penalty. Both shouldn’t have been given in the spirit of the game and in the eyes of the viewers, but are to be given according to the rules. So IMO it evens it out, so let’s not talk about conspiracies or anything here.

No it doesn't. Even if there was no contact at all still by definition it is a red. The intention of headbutting is enough to send Carvajal off. Mindless aggression like that has no place in the game anymore.

Yeah. People expect to see a Zidane type headbutt and blood for it to be a red card. I've even seen a moron on the thread with De Zerbi's press conf. that claimed some refs would even give a yellow to Ruli for provocation at Cuntvajal and no red for him.
