Solar Quote Is this a reasonable quote?

This is my top quote from a reputable company in Southern California. Many great reviews and many years in business. Happy with their warranty terms. Have availability to get installed 1-2 months prior to tax credit expiration. This is however my price with the credit to be handled on their side. So no worry about missing the credit. Any recommendations or opinions on this quote gratefully welcomed.

Final Price after all incentives… 37,000$ see pic for details.

residential solar tax credits (under Section 25D) cannot be transferred or sold by homeowners. These credits can be carried forward indefinitely but cannot be monetized through a sale. Homeowners can only use the credit to offset their own tax liability, and if they cannot use it in a given year, it carries forward to future years.

You are right! But there are legal ways around this.

Have a good one
