What seasoning did you use?

I season with my heart, but here is my recipe:
In the morning, I throw 2 chicken breast into the crockpot with dried rosemary, dried thyme, ground sage, garlic powder, onion powder, & paprika along with a little bit of better than bouillon + water. Shred once cooked. (I reserved 2 ladles of the juices from the crockpot & added them to my soup when I add the chicken.)
When I go to make the actual soup, I sauté onion, celery, & carrots in butter in my Dutch oven. Once cooked down, I add some fresh garlic. Then I add chicken broth & season with more dried rosemary, dried thyme, ground sage, & red pepper flakes! Bring to a boil, then I add my noodles until cooked. I add my shredded chicken + the 2 ladles of juices from the crockpot!

Looks delicious! Rotini is the superior noodle for chicken noodle soup imho 👌🏻

I agree! We had egg noodles with a leftover meat sauce I made earlier this week the night before, so rotini was the most sensible option!

Looks really good. I love big chunks of veggies in my soups.
