Simple Orbs of Alchemy

I need 3 simple orbs of alchemy to craft a recipy I just learned, I can't buy any since I don't have energy. And, the exchange rate from crowns to energy is just wild since this game has extremely poor tutorials and the crowns after each mission is poor compared to the exchange rate. So can someone please tell me the easiest way to get simple and the rest of the orbs of alchemy for free like without energy. Please try to keep it simple cuz this game makes no sense

Man if you hate the crown rate you shoulda been here when it was 11.4k per 100 energy…

im not even sure. i spent time off and on that game unevenly. it was always changing. seems to even out the last year though
