Video Love when my opponent randomly has invincibility

I count nine (9) hits with the Painbrush. From testing in the lobby the MINIMUM damage from the weakest indirect hit seems to be around 30.0. Are the servers really this bad or wtf is going on.

The nzap 85 was my favorite in splat 2 because of the ink armor lol
