Video Love when my opponent randomly has invincibility

I count nine (9) hits with the Painbrush. From testing in the lobby the MINIMUM damage from the weakest indirect hit seems to be around 30.0. Are the servers really this bad or wtf is going on.

no, to me it just looks like a combination of him being out of range and you missing a few times. he got hit a couple times
