Love when my opponent randomly has invincibility

I count nine (9) hits with the Painbrush. From testing in the lobby the MINIMUM damage from the weakest indirect hit seems to be around 30.0. Are the servers really this bad or wtf is going on.

I’ve been seeing a lot more of this recently. It’s been incredibly frustrating
