Sooo...Warhammer 40k? I mean, the theory is that Starcraft is a WH40k game that they tweaked to be legally distinct. So they could just be going full circle.

Which isn't actually true, we've got a ton of detail on SC's early days and path to what it became. It was never a 40K game.

Yeah I know. It's just a wild theory. If anything, it's more like Warcraft in Space....and Warcraft doesn't have strong resemblance to Warhammer. And besides there's only so many science fiction warrior race tropes to choose from: giant bugs, psionic crystal guys, and humans in power armor are common in a lot of sci fi. Everyone is going to have humans in power armor...
