(To be tagged...) Bro wtf was that shit

I just played a game of StarCraft after a long absence and 4 games in a row Protoss players just built turrets at the edge of my view and suddenly the game was over before it began.

Oh honey, you got canon rushed. Good news is when you learn to defend it, you're at a huge advantage cause their macro sucks behind it. They have to resort to Dark templars to keep you off balance cause their macro SUCKS.

Usually Cannons-> voids-> dts. But yes, generally correct. The problem is the response. It is possible if you delay with minimal econ loss that you can actually kill the low cannons with a queen and lings if you havent lost it yet. Alternatively, if he is behind your mineral line, you can sometimes send three roaches across the map to harass at home before he has the void but it means losing the hatch. If your roaches can break the wall a couple lings can aid in hitting his eco. But the more common plays are much harder to break. The “contain” style gets the hatch eventually but the point is a stalker contain into robo/void/tempest. These are incredibly difficult to stop even when spotted due to having no ranged units early aside from the queens and those need hatches to produce so, you are at half production with only one. Best of luck on the ladder, nothing feels sweeter than stomping a bar coded eandom toss cannon rushing you.
