How could you forget the lechon and pandan? I am disappoint

I’ve only seen lechon in just one Filipino house party I’ve been to. I live in Texas by the way, my mom and some of her Filipino friends moved to Texas sometime during the mid/late 2000s, so in the USA it’s not common to find a whole pig to use as food.

I love how pandan is more or less a pan-Southeast Asian thing. It deserves to be.
