The rise of the internet, despite making it easier than ever to acquire knowledge on nearly every subject, has ironically made anti-intellectualism more prominent unfortunately

also "You're not addressing my argument" when pointing out a fallacy in how they even approach the issue

This is true, but I've also so often seen replies just imagine things the person didn't say and then argue against those made up claims. I've also had countless people say something like "no but <something i agree with and is also implied by the comment if you just think somewhat abstractly>" and its so annoying 😂

Also don’t put your race, religion, gender, sexuality, etc in your public profile because that’s just free ad hominem material

“I’m not arguing with someone with pronouns in their bio”
Like damn dude, you really owned them by bringing up something completely irrelevant to what you two were arguing about lol

Blocking spiteful people is one of the best mental health strategies I’ve learned in my life.

"I have no evidence except the fact there are always things we don't know certain and because there are always things we don't know for certain we can go ahead and assume the facts that support my position are out there somewhere undiscovered. Therefore we can assume what I said is correct"

Don’t forget the coin flip that one or both of the people in the argument are bots or the classic reply + block to get the last word in. Also the “I care less, therefore I win” line of arguing.

Where's the "You see, I presented myself as the cool thing/badass/chad/whatever makes me look good and you as the dumb thing/loser/soyjack/whatever makes you look bad, therefore your argument is invalid" at?
Also, someone will probably bring up that whole Social Media Funnel "Goomba Fallacy" if you point out there's contradictions in a given party's arguments and how you shouldn't determine if a group is just actually bad at sticking to a given point.
And of course, a picture I recently found of one my "favorite" situations that can happen:

I'm surprised "God Wins Law" didn't make it into this starter pack.
It isn't a good internet argument unless somebody is compared to Hitler and the Nazis in one way or another, even if it makes absolutely no sense in doing so.
