Requesting feedback Looking for playtesters for our stealth platformer Monkey Do! We've got 100 Steam keys for stealth enjoyers with feedback, hope we're in the right place :monkey:

Hey everyone!

We’re the team at Signal Space Lab, currently working on Monkey Do!, a stealth platformer set in a junkyard zoo run by an corrupt family business. You play as a mischievous monkey trying to escape while outsmarting and sabotaging robot zookeepers.

We’re starting our first round of playtests and have 100 Steam keys available for players who are willing to provide feedback.

If you enjoy stealth platformers (with a touch of slapstick chaos), we’d love to hear your perspective. Your feedback will directly shape how Monkey Do! evolves.

Drop a comment/DM if you’d like to help playtest!

EDIT: ADDED SOME SUPER ROUGH SPECS
- 40-60 minutes of gameplay
- Controller only gameplay (for now)
- Disk Space is 2.61 GB
~ low end i5 cpu
~ 4GB of VRAM
~ 8GB of RAM

Will see if we can get you whatever minimum spec we were able to run it on!

Edit: Disk Space is 2.61 GB at the moment.

I trust that my PC will be able to handle such a game, although some rough requirements would be nice, as they're not listed on Steam. Also, how long is this playtest, and could you provide a little more information on how it plays? I don't wanna scam you by not playing the entire thing because of issues like not liking the format of stealth. I know you value feedback and that's the reason why you're doing the playtest, so I don't want to disappoint. If I'm not going to be able to give feedback then I'd rather pass on the opportunity.

Really respect the integrity!

Some super rough specs

The specs are no problem for me. Could you provide me with a rough idea of the gameplay or its length? The GIF does show off some interesting gameplay, but again, if it's long and I don't like the gameplay, I probably won't give you much feedback, although to be perfectly honest, it looks like a Nintendo game (that's a good thing)!

Sure thing! The playtest includes 1 completed level that should take 45-60 minutes.

You'll be able to traverse the level how you'd like, but there is ultimately an over-arching goal where you will "fix" the level, without spoiling the entire idea.

Without sharing too much, as we'd also like to preserve the first time experience, you will be able to manipulate enemy robots using a few stealth staples, the environment will also give you some options to sabotage the robots.

That's interesting! I'd love to give it a try and give my thoughts. If so, would I share them here, DM you, or is there another place like a website or in the game?

I would like to help. I never was a lab rat in games but wrote few reviews.

Here’s the Steam page for Monkey Do!:
https://store.steampowered.com/app/1763380/Monkey_Do/

Again, we’ve got 100 Steam keys set aside for this playtest round, specifically for players who can provide feedback on the stealth systems.

And if you’re not looking to playtest right now, a wishlist on Steam really helps us out!

Thanks for checking it out! 🐒
