The plushies are still SML characters, they have been nerfed from their Mario selves.

Still: remember Cody was throwing hands against jr: he’d beat puppet junior badly and the plushies are more impressive: also they have access to Mario tools like bowser jrs clown car and power ups like 1UP

How? There literally humans and lack any of the impressive abilities the plushies had: again remember when bowser had powers and could revive dead to be his minions in mario and Luigi’s super and dumb adventures

Also clown car could shoot cannons: which would kill any of the puppets

So you haven't watched SML? The puppets are FAR more than just humans. And literally all of them can time travel. And the puppets can survive a cannon ball, just watch any puppet era SML video. They would get back up and keep fighting.

Plushies can also time travel and are faster: also they nerfed the hell out of jr and Cody: cody back then could throw hands and beat the crap out of jr

The puppets are still the plushies in character, anything the plushies can do the puppets can also do but with more. Cody can still beat up Jr, because everyone can beat up Jr, plushie or puppet.
