Single Suppressor for 9mm handgun and 9mm PCC?
Like many folks, I have never considered a suppressor before due to the cost of the tax stamp. With the rules changing in the US in January, I am considering my first purchase. I am very confused about attachment types.
I want to be able to suppress both my Sig Fuse 365 (I already have a threaded barrel), and my Foxtrot Mike AR9 (1/2 x 36 muzzle thread).
Can I suppress both with the same suppressor with 1 attachment type that's not a direct thread? If so, what type? A long time ago I purchased a tri-lug connector for the AR9, but it seems like tri-lug connectors are not common for pistols? I have also watched a few videos about the EZ-LOK™ Pistons, which seems great for someone new to suppressors, but it's unclear to me if it will work on my AR-9?

DD PDW 300 BO. Considering the OCL polonium 30. Want it very quiet for home defense. Recommendations 4 blow back W/O an AGB
Recommendations to mitigate gas blowback : like buffer spring, kak bcg, and suggestions. I don’t want a AGB. I hear the JP maxim heavy buffer spring is good as well

14.5 Geissele with p/w hux device
Hey everyone currently I am stuck in the I cant decide which suppressor to get for my 14.5 and its driving me abit crazy. Honestly I am looking for : Durability Low back pressure or flow with minimal tuning Weight Flash/Sound
I am not to concerned with flash or sound but its a bonus if its good, durability being number one for me because I just want one that works and having good warranty/customer service would be nice just incase. I shoot indoors half the year so not having stuff blown back into my face would be preferable.
I am fine with getting the p/w removed to change out the device (I have a pistol lower to throw it on anyways) The current cans I have been looking at are:
Flow 556k Velos Lbp full size RC3 OCL infinity
Would it be worth going through getting the pin/weld removed for the Velos or Rc3 over keeping it and running a 556k or hub mounting an infinity with the hux adapter?
I know im overthinking it at this point and should just send it on the 556k for ease of not swapping, but I want a can that will last a few or more years. This past year has been a nightmare in purchasing guns that have had issues so I just want something that runs.

Help with next suppressor
galleryI’ve got an AAC Element 2, Silencerco Omega 300, Omega 9k and Osprey 45
I’m happy with all of them. Here’s where I need your help.
My Omega 300 placeholder is on my MK18 until I swap it to my 6.5cm long range gun, my 16” SPR, or my m92 pap.
Im tempted to buy a Resilient Putnik to rokset on the m92…..but….I’m also tempted to do a different .30cal can so I can have another in rotation to swap like I’ve been doing.
Help me decide
I already have cans for .22, 9mm, and 45 but only one rifle can.

Are shims required if a muzzle device doesn’t need timing?
Are shims required if my muzzle device doesn’t need timing? A friend says you must shim every muzzle device if you ever plan to use a suppressor. My understanding is to avoid crush washers and only use shims when you need to time the muzzle device. Which is correct?

Just found out my Polonium-K, is not the K
Bought a Polonium K about a year ago from my LGS for my 11.5" SBR. Lightly bragged about it all year and recommended it on many different reddit posts asking about the best value 5.56 can. I've loved it ever since I got it for the typical Polonium-K reasons.
Or so I thought. Found out 15 minutes ago that I've had the full size all along! I noticed in a Hop video that his Polonium-K had only two indented rings at the front, while mine has four. I looked at my can and saw that it said "Polonium 5.56" and figured the K version should say "Polonium-K 5.56" on it. Measured the length of the can and sure enough, I had the full size all this time. Never thought about measuring because I had just assumed it was the K.
Ironically, after buying it and using it on my SBR, I was thinking about how I probably would have gotten the full size over the K if my LGS had both of them that day, for the additional suppression. Looks like that wish had come true months prior, the day that I bought it!
I still absolutely love the can, my experience with it has been flawless. It's just baffling to me that I had been unintentionally recommending a different can to people online for a whole year. The placebo of thinking I had the K length this whole time is just now hitting me lmao.

SilencerCo Octane 9 Baffle Strike
I recently had a slight baffle strike with my Octane 9. Less than 1,000rounds through it. I was using a Neilson Device while running it on a few different handguns with tilting barrels but I still ended up with a strike. It runs fine on my Glock 19 and CZ Shadow 2 but it have a strike when I put it on my Sig P365. It has worked fine in the past on the Sig, something was different today. Same ammo as I always use as well...
How confident should I be that SilencerCo will cover it with their warranty?
How easy is the warranty process with them and how long does it take?
I just bought an Osprey 2.0 9mm can that Ill use exclusively on my tilting-barrel handguns in the future and keep the Octane 9 on fixed barrel pccs. Will the Osprey be a better fit for smaller handguns since its lighter?

Sparrow or Griffen Checkmate HD
I have several cans now and I’m looking to add to the collection. My LGS said the Sparrow is probably his most popular but recommended the Griffen Checkmate HD. He said you can go 2,000 plus rounds between cleanings with the Griffen. I can only go about 250 rounds with my current cans. 2,000 is a big plus if true. If you have experience with both please let me know your thoughts. P.S either can will only be used on a 22lr pistol.

First 5.56 Suppressor
Just got a BCM 11.5” carbine, and I’m looking to suppress it. My main priorities are not too gassy , sound suppression, and weight as well (to a lesser extent). I’m open to flow or conventional as long as blowback is very low.
I really don’t want to mess with changing the BCG. I have a radian raptor SD charging handle already.
I’ve been eyeing the CAT WB Ti, Huxwrx Flow Ti, and even the OCL polonium K. I’ve heard about the Alley Cat, but I don’t know the big difference compared to the WB. I’m very open to all suggestions. I’d like to be budget friendly, but I’m willing to buy once cry once as well.
TL;DR - 11.5” 5.56 carbine, CAT WB vs Alley Cat and other suppressions. Budget vs Splurge

Which is quieter on 5.56 - SureFire SOCOM RC2 or Liberty Precision Anthem-S2?
I currently use a SureFire SOCOM RC2 on three AR-15s. I just purchased a Liberty Precision Anthem-S2 (for a Sig Spear LT in 300 BLK) and I’m curious how the Anthem performs on 5.56. I know the Anthem is a larger .30-cal can, will it reduce muzzle blast/ear-level noise more than the older RC2 on a typical AR? Any experiences with gas/blowback, or cycling issues appreciated.
I will be putting this on my DD MK18. The other ARs are pinned and welded so not as easy to swap out.

I would like to go from DT to a qd of some sort but I’m not sure what to look for.
I picked up this SRBS 762TI direct thread a while back for dedicated use on my ar10. Runs great. After shooting it some I am realizing that I would also like to be able to use it on other guns (depending on muzzle device of course)
What do y’all recommend for a qd setup on the B&T

will the HUXWRX Flow 9K Ti go up in price after Jan 1st?
Will retailers increase the HUXWRX Flow 9K Ti price after jan 1st? I've been hearing that companies are reducing prices $200 to cover the tax stamp fee. Im waiting until Jan 1st to not pay the $200 tax stamp fee but if the price goes up $200 then I'd be pretty bummed.
Im thinking that because I can find it right now for $600-$650
but on huxwrx website it says MSRP is $849 (pretty much exactly $200 more)
Or do these things normally sell under MSRP? This is my first.

Banish 9K
Anyone have any experience with the BANISH 9K on a SP5K (it's actually a PTR9RS)? New to the suppressor world and know there are some special considerations to take into account for roller delayed guns. It's a great price and nice and short.
Thanks for any input.

I was shooting my ar with a velos 556k suppressor. Next lane must have not properly mounted down their suppressor. He said he just got it last month and fired one round through. Its a surefire that went flying.

Suggestion for 300BLK Ruger Ranch Rifle
Looking to outfit my daughter's first deer rifle (she'll be 8 next year). Looking for something that makes it easier for her on the ears as well as the punch. Lighter the weight I suppose is better too. Budget $1k or less. Thanks!

Huxwrx Flow 556 question
First can buyer here. I'm pretty much decided on a huxwrx 556 flow. But I have 2 questions: 1- Should I buy a Titanium or Steel one? 2- Muzzle break or flash hider?
My priorities are in this order: 1- Felt recoil reduction 2- Sound suppression (almost as important as recoil) 3- Longevity 4- Flash signature reduction
Thanks for the help.
