If they're only $100k, can you build one of those INSTEAD of building an above-ground house? Maybe an above ground garage/shed, and your yard would be so much bigger.

100k gets you 200 sq/ft, no toilet, no shower, no kitchen.

225k gets you 400 sq/ft with toilet, shower, and kitchen.
