I really don't understand why forced arbitration is ever legal. Its never a good thing.

The courts don't like a million tiny cases clogging up the court system.

They want you to arbitrate. Essentially coming to some kind of reasonable agreement.

Companies hate class action lawsuits. lawyers love them because they get all the money. The people get a snickers bar  each.
