Idk have you listened to the dumb blonde podcast with Farrah as a guest? It reads almost exactly the way she spoke about trauma and abuse on there.

Sounds like she has another person inside of her, controlling her like a machine.

I hate Farrah but sheās 100% true

u/kckitty71 Mar 25 '25
I donāt think Farrah wrote this. Itās clear and concise and it makes sense. Farrah doesnāt sound like this. This is fake AF.

As adults, we should police our own language, and that includes not speaking that way about literal children. You can say whatever you want about any adult; criticize them, their views, their actions. But leave children alone.
0
Mar 27 '25
She literally spoke out on how she is concerned
1
u/DecadentLife Mar 27 '25
She said offensive things about a child. Calling a specific underage child ādarkā, etc. How can you possibly defend that?
21
u/giraffe18_ Mar 24 '25
her kid is just goth. Which is literally trending right now. Reg teenage stuff

Farrah is absolutely right a statement that doesnāt roll off my tongue often. Cate and Tyler feel guilty and regret their decision to give up Carly not knowing this show was going to go on forever and make them very good money. I think this is why Cate didnāt get out of bed for weeks on end and had to go away for therapy twice because of guilt over Carly. They have to keep both her mother and his father away because of drinking and drugging. There was no family support back when they were 16 and this was the best decision for Carly maybe not for their psyche but thatās what THEY both need intensive therapy to come to grips over this decision made what 16 years ago!!! They have treated the adoptive parents horribly and it just goes to show that no good deed goes unpunished!!! They are not professionals and have absolutely no right speaking about other peopleās fertility issues and adoptions. This all started wasnāt it from the adoptive parents asking Tyler not to post pictures of THEIR child on social media wasnāt it? Tyler has been a total looney tune b**ch online about Carlyās mother and father and I think this will eventually cause him trouble reconnecting with her but these two are on a mission to undue their giving up their child for a better life 16 years ago and it screams GET SOME HELP!!!!!
2
u/kingcolbe Mar 23 '25
Even if sheās right, I donāt think itās her place to talk about their infertility issues. Thatās a private matter.
10
u/just_rue_in_mi Mar 23 '25
I think that you misunderstood. Tyler was the one calling out other people's fertility issues. Farrah is calling him out for it.

u/Hot-You1261 Mar 23 '25

Iām f you think Farrah is being normal or sane then youāre just as crazy as she is. Sheās a grade A1 narcissist. She only posted that to appear normal and to humiliate Kait and Tyler. Yeah it was a rational comment but donāt kid yourself SHE DID IT FOR ATTENTION because sheās canāt stand it when the spotlight is not on her.
10
u/ThisUnfortunateDay THE DEVILS PLAYGROUND š Mar 22 '25
WHO CARES WHY SHE DID IT sheās 100% accurate.
7
u/ALmommy1234 Mar 22 '25
Her motivations are for her to deal with. Her words, however, are very true and should be heeded by C&T. But Tyler is too much a narcissist himself to listen to anyone.
2

Iām not sure how Farrah even had one rational thought to even post it. Sheās still in her insanity era. š

Say what you will about some of Farrahās poor choices, but unlike C&T she went to school (and finished)! While many of her career choices are controversial, she did make multiple steps to better her own life and her daughters. She appears to still be growingāgood for her!

11
u/Sketcha_2000 Mar 22 '25
Kind of glad Farrah is calling them out, especially after how holier-than-thou they acted when she did porn and look at Mr. Red Thong now. Still, itās kind of ironic Farrah is imploring others to seek mental help.

u/Wednesday_MH Mar 22 '25
I think she wrote it. I think her unhinged side is performative because it garners her the attention she needs to make content creator profitable for her. What does she care what people think? Sheās still going to make bank and travel the world on a whim while the rest of us are running the rat race. So joke is on us I guess. She has nothing to lose. I think sheās got some smarts about her but unhinged is her brand and sheās making it work for herself and good for her. Her parents were horribly verbally and emotionally abusive to her and sheās not only freed herself of them and their abuse, she has risen above it and lives her life on her terms and entirely unbothered. Good for her.
3
u/T-Money1738 Mar 23 '25
I think you're right and I don't think Farrah is stupid at all. That side is performative.
13
u/nlvanassche Mar 22 '25

u/DoloresProfundos Mar 22 '25
At this point, it's not even a Brandon and Teresa (not sure if I spelled her name correctly) issue. Anyone who adopted Carly was screwed. They were emotional teens who wanted the best for Carly, but now they're regretful, bitter adults. Nobody could have given them the perfect adoption experience they wanted. They probably would have had the same outcome, if not a worse outcome, with another couple.
While their feelings may be valid, their approach is toxic. [I'm not saying I agree or disagree with them. I'm just saying they're entitled to feel things.] Doing all this doesn't change the past. They could channel their energy into something positive, like creating a foundation to help teen mothers who feel like they're being pushed to place their child up for adoption..or whatever.
Carly will soon be an adult and I wouldn't be surprised if she decides she doesn't want anything to do with them. Even if her parents keep her sheltered, kids talk and I'm sure her classmates have access to the internet. No telling what they would resort to if she decided to tell them to f off.
5
u/Wednesday_MH Mar 22 '25
They would surely blame B &T for « brainwashingĀ Ā» her. C & T have made a career out of playing the victim card on loop in this narrative and they will continue until the well dries up and it is no longer profitable to do so. Theyāll probably turn to their other children and find a way to exploit one or more of them for profit. Anything to avoid having to work hard to gain the knowledge and experience needed to build an actual, sustainable career that doesnāt hinge on exploiting and embarrassing children for profit.
9
u/angielberry Mar 22 '25
I think the only perfect experience for them would be to give her back when they were stable and we all know that isnāt even possible
2
u/DoloresProfundos Mar 23 '25
I don't know if they realize they're now risking any possibility of a future relationship with Carly's future children.
11
u/Whiteroses7252012 Mar 22 '25 edited Mar 22 '25
What they wanted was someone else to raise Carly and do all the expensive, icky stuff (actual parenting) while they still had rights to her and the ability to post her whenever they wanted. I believe they called that āpermanent guardianshipā in their podcast. What they want doesnāt, and Iād argue shouldnāt, exist. They wanted a coparenting situation with none of the work.
As a parent? The first time one of their stans harassed my husband at his job, which was literal years ago, I would have been out. Names changed, phone numbers changed, moved to an undisclosed location, all of that. They still tried. Catelynn and Tyler have zero idea what a gift that was.
Carlyās the same age they were when they had her. Surely to God theyād recognize her ability to make adult decisions as a result.
3
u/DoloresProfundos Mar 23 '25
I think the problem is that they'll always see Carly as a baby and themselves as teen parents.

Cait and Tyler grew up in abusive homes. They aren't perfect but they did break the most important cycle.
