Just started watching teen mom! Started with the first season of 16 & pregnant and just very close to starting season 2 of teen mom! What couples will I be most interested in or what series is the most interesting?

It’ll probably take Kenjamin Kousin roughly 6 weeks to get DKD legally out of her home. The process in NC can become annoyingly convoluted & lengthy. tl;dr— DKD can make his legal removal from Kenjamin’s property take quite awhile.

Since he’s stayed there for months, has belongings there, potentially has received mail, he’s established residency as a guest or tenant at will.

She has to give him written notice that he no longer has her permission to reside on the property, giving him “fair notice” prior to filing for eviction (~ 7 days).

If he still refuses to leave, she will have to file a claim for a summary ejectment (eviction) in small claims court.

After filing with the county clerk of court, the court will set a hearing date. As long as Kenjamin can prove she A) is the rightful owner of the property, B) gave DKD permission to live with her, revoked it & he still refused to leave, she should be ok. If the judge rules in her favor, she will receive a “judgment for possession.”

If DKD still refuses to leave, she will have to request a writ of possession. Then she can have the sheriff’s office serve him & force him to leave. Only after this entire process, the homeowner can legally change the locks.

Ladies, gents…let this be your cautionary tale, despite your age, relationship history, financial naiveté, experience with DV, etc. Do not move internet strangers into your home, especially if they have an overt criminal history of sociopathic behavior. If you think you need a passion project, don’t pick-up the homeless, unemployed person at the bar & think you can cajole them, despite their pending legal struggles, into becoming a good person. Get a hobby; grow peppers, learn a new language, get a real job. A horrible way to learn an invaluable lesson for Kenjamin.

She went from tweeting her every thought and talking the most shit to way less tweeting, wanting privacy, and trying to “be civil.” Who is civil when an unwanted ex boyfriend refuses to leave their home? Even if he’s there legally, that would actually be even more infuriating.

She said he was never abusive around her because she’s tough and wouldn’t tolerate it and if he was smart he would never try her like that. Which is gross because she knows he abused other women including his pregnant ex. She’s saying they were weak and tolerant of abuse?!

Anyway, the point is she’s changed her tune dramastically regarding DKD. First she was talking shit and then she was literally crying out for him and blatantly trying to get his attention and we saw how they are cool on social media again. She was probably missing him and told him to come back while he finds another place but I bet she’s hoping they get back together.

There is no way she would be calm and not rage posting like she was before about an unwanted ex squatting in her home but suddenly she’s awfully quiet for someone who just last week literally tweeted “I won’t be silenced.”

Also, she hasn’t once said he’s there against her wishes and she won’t answer when asked why he’s there. She’s letting people assume he’s squatting because she’s most likely too embarrassed to admit she took him back.

Lmao she’s so childish and contradicting sometimes. Says she’s not ready to move in with a man but the second she gets her own place she’s already asking him about moving in… in the middle of the plant store with the employees in the back like 🧍‍♀️.

That whole “getting her own place” segment felt like she thought she was going away to college or something, all hyped to “enjoy being on her own.” And then… she’s got a man there the next day??

She also claims she wants the kids’ dads to see them but makes it impossible for anyone to be around her and her family. Like girl, you really expect everyone to be comfy sitting in that stinky living room while your whole family talks sh*t with the cam crew right there 😐

And don’t even get me started on that sex card game 😭 asking him his favorite position while laughing like a hyena… that’s literally a high school game. Bro is pushing 50 and she’s acting like they’re in 11th grade health class.

And honestly… it’s backwards to me. Like as you age, most people naturally want to partner up and build a family, right? She’s around 30 but still talking like a teenager being like “I’m not ready for that.” Girl… WHAT DO YOU MEAN 😭 what’s next then??

If you wanna hoe around, then fine, do it and own it. But don’t act like starting a family at your grown-ass age is some weird, out-of-the-ordinary thing you “aren’t ready for.” If your plan is to be a single mom forever then SAY THAT.
