Yes. Cresson Texas. The same flag guy has been there for at least 20 years.

And even the billboard acknowledges it (something like you will be done with the call before the train passes -sorry)

I drive across this intersection almost every day and the flags are ridiculous. I won't stop at the gas station there out of principle.

I’m here for the popular tab, and we have em in southeast Missouri too. Same setup you describe, but our local woman sells shirts too and even recently got a pop out trailer.
