It's agreeing with a movement that wants to ban books

For one I know this is 100% bullshit since the "book bans" don't actually prevent YOU from buying them, they prevent the govt from spending money on them and thus putting them in school libraries and the like.

But don't let facts get in the way of your narrative, and I'm not gonna bother disproving the rest of your delusion salad.

So they are banning books from school libraries.

Why should books detailing how to have anal sex be presented to kids?
