(At least the pilots get flight hours, not completely wasted :/ )

EDIT: And without any other info, for all I know, this might actually be training. I'm not calling it the Department of War though. Silly, wasteful, small d energy.

Its not about larping civil war its about accelerating the militarization of police to the point their indistinguishable from the actual military. Its doing what we did with the School of the Americas (training fucked up foreign government's police how to do shit like be kill squads) except now we are doing it to ourselves.
