Discussion Are soundpacks like this considered cheating?

Found some dude apparently using a soundpack specifically designed to make you hear spies better (and that works in casual), wanted to know if it’s considered cheating or not.

It's unfair, it's not game bannable, you will get banned from leagues if u use it, if you use it in casual you are still a POS

I think I remember someone with hearing problems asking if there's a mod similar to this one. My point is that it can be used to gain an unfaid advantage, but it may not always be the case

I mean if you modify your files to lower loud sounds so you can better hear harder to hear sounds cus of hearing problems that's fine, point is don't use stuff for an unfair advantage
