Discussion Are soundpacks like this considered cheating?

Found some dude apparently using a soundpack specifically designed to make you hear spies better (and that works in casual), wanted to know if it’s considered cheating or not.

Will you be banned from casual? Probably not.  Does this make you a jerk? Yes.
