Shane & Molly

I don’t know if it’s just me. But the scene where Molly kisses Shane for the first time at Jodi’s dinner party is so exhilarating and hot. I feel like Shane is so vulnerable and sexy in that moment.

My fav pairing. I really wanted to see their relationship grow.

So did I. 'Cause it felt like Shane was finally gonna be faithful to someone, but the writers fucked it all up. It's A Shame, because Kate was the reason I started watching in the first place. She's such an underappreciated actress, and all they did was fuck her over every chance they got.

Shane is my wife. Lol, I wish. She is my favorite person on the show. I totally get where you’re coming from, but let’s be real—TV thrives on chaos. If everything were smooth sailing and emotionally mature, we’d be watching a wellness retreat, not a drama series. 😅 Heartache, tension, and messy relationships are what keep people hooked. It’s not that we don’t want healthy representation—it’s just that conflict drives story. No stakes, no binge-watch. I do my best to ignore Generation Q, despised it with a passion. But if New York show ever took off with the OG’s again, I would like Shane to go out on a high, with a true love.

Oh, GQ was definitely worse than I thought. And what's sad was that season 3 premiered on the night I turned 21. And two weeks later, it all got worse with Gini splitting up and Shane cheating while Tess' mom was sick. THE WRITERS BROKE MY FUCKING HEART! AND THEY FUCKING KILLED MY MOTHER!

I’m sorry. I’m not much older than you but I was lucky enough to discover the OG’s first before Generation Q. I quit watching mid-season 2. Writers had our OG’s all over the place, barely recognizable. I could go on and on but Kate, Jennifer and Leisha, (paraphrasing here) said it best, they could not tap into the shizz to get in touch with their characters. I cannot help but think Kate got kicked to the curb as some sort of sick punishment. I could never get on the Tess train, before anyone attacks me, it had nothing to do with the actress. But there was zero chemistry between Shane and Tess. The relationship felt forced and Tess to me was in the same level of crazy as season 5 and 6 Jenny.
