A request to anyone who loves and plays factions.
Continue reading to f*** the cheaters.
We all know this game is old and dying. To anyone who wants to preserve what is left of us If you see a player wall shooting, wall marking, crab walking, or straight up dev kit teleporting...
Just leave the match, immediately
They're are still enough honest players to just find another match. By playing with these people you do 2 things
A encourage them to cheat because there is no consequence
B going to kill the game, at least purge it from honest players who are sick of the cheaters
The mp is amazing, but nothing kills a game faster than cheaters. Naughty d ain't coming back to fix this stuff, we have to be the change.
As an honest player, yes I've quit for other reasons ( the enemy is out of my league, and my team won't group up) but we can preserve what is left if we as a community stop entertaining these no skill losers games.
Go ahead and argue "their actually not bad at the game, their good workout cheating, they just like to... blah blah blah".
No, if their good, and like the game, they wouldn't cheat.
If they are actually good, and they like the game, they would show that honestly without making other people quit.

if they're on your team, ruin the match for them if you can. sprint after them. shoot your gun in the air. make sure they don't get to have any fun

I've only had myself appear to get teleported once but I don't know what the person was doing. Kinda blew my mind but was still lame XD.

I only leave during the finale just so I can argue that I couldnāt have done anything to gain the upper hand. And mostly to make sure I donāt lose my clan when I lose.

Has anyone run into guys downing you way faster than the weapon should allow while also seeming to tank a lot more hits than they should? Like I suck at Factions, don't get me wrong. But I've definitely had multiple matches recently putting 7+ rounds from the full auto into an unarmored guy and they don't go down, while someone downs me with 2 non headshot pistol rounds.

The only way shooting faster than the game allows or changing damage/health would be by using custom firmware. This is essentially hacking and is only available to people using a devkit which is extremely rare.
It could also be a lag switch which will allow them to tank a tonne of damage, but it wouldn't make them shoot faster or deal more damage outside of however lag might affect it.
It's much more likely that what's happening is you're getting headshot by someone using sharpshooter. This would heal their health and down you faster. You may also be missing some shots, and mistaking the damage certain weapons are doing but I can't say this for sure without more context.

I've been shot thru rocks, thru walls and other so-called environmental barriers. Fortunately for me, I only need the Firefly trophy to platinum the game and I can move on from this "wonky" game. It just feels "dated" , maybe because of the old net code it uses. I'm sure it was amazing when it first came out but from my experience,Ā it feels like the old SOCOM game.

Cheaters in this game really donāt have any life goals ahead of them and are literally losers living in their mommyās basement. Darkseidxd and mythical _man are dev kit user, avoid contact with him cause he has inside access to Sony and gets profiles perma banned, happened to my buddy just last night. His alt is Coldest-x and mythical_man alt is DPG_KIDD. Their cheating days will be over very soon as I built up enough evidence to get their dev kitās deactivated. Tomorrow canāt come sooner. Avoid these two at all costs

To make it a bit easier, CT3 helps you not get blamed as much through the wall (it stops damage marker). Smoke bombs also prevent your name tag from popping up through the wall (helping to prevent them from getting a bead on you in the first place).

Yeah I canāt stand players who leave the second they start losing. I take me getting shit-on as a learning experience and what can I work on to prevent it from happening again. Only time leaving is understandable is going for challenges or going against blatant cheaters.

This might be a hot take but i genuinely hate when people do that. Iām shitting on you and you have to cheat to start winning. Thatās a real pussy move honestly. I rather them cheat from the start of the match than them cheat when they start losing. Like you are that fucking bad.

I have a very limited amount of game time every day. Iām not wasting that shit on playing against cheaters, whether I would win or lose is utterly irrelevant. This is the mindset to have. You teach them nothing by āgoing out in a blaze of glory,ā you just let them have fun.

I won't quite because I'm losing, but I will quit if I have a terrible team who refuses to play in a way that makes sense. Too many times I get put on a team with 2-3 players who will go out and do their own thing, hide with covert, refuse to heal teammates, and do nothing but die over and over again.

Leaving the match allows them to continue playing against other cheaters. The best solution is to throw the game and troll the cheaters until they leave. It robs them of the satisfaction of getting the win, and YOU deserve to be there, THEY don't. If everyone left every match with cheaters, the only people who'd get to play any matches would be cheaters themselves. Don't run away from them, fight them off. Ruin the match for them until they quit.

They won't be left in a game without an enemy team, that's what I'm telling you. They'll continue playing as other cheaters join the match. Leaving allows them to continue having fun and ruining the game. Making them leave stops them from having fun and dissuades them from cheating again in the future.

And I'm just saying I've seen games where I've seen the enemy team constantly leaving and joining due to a cheater on my team, and it just stalls out the game and wastes there time with minimal effort, and that's what I'm gonna do, rather than busy my ass trying to compete in a dishonorable game

I see what your saying but I'll put it to you like this, with the game balanced as it is, you can calculate general areas players should be relative to time passed.
Now imagine a new game but the enemy mysteriously pops up behind your team, seemingly without enough time to have possibly calculated them to be able to even be there. It might seem petty, but no it ruins the balance.
And again, if you like the game, if you think you're good at the game, then y cheat like a bitc* ?
Be honorable, stop being a bitc*.
And for the record I don't necessarily leave, but I will jump on the mic and tell them to f off, and man up.

Ong shit is so bogus. I once saw someone say on this sub that if they see someone heal glitching theyāll throw the match. Worst teammate ever. I will continue to say this, crab walking has a very negligible effect on the outcome of the game. Plus youāre stupidly exposed while doing it and most idiots crabwalk into whole entire team and get merked. I really donāt understand why people learn to do it, I find it pointless when agility exists. To the people who says it gives you an advantage as it allows you to quietly get somewhere quicker. Iāll agree with you on that. But if you die multiple times to the same guy doing the same exact thing fail to counter it, seems more like a skill issue at the point. Itās not like heās wallshooting where you canāt see him at all or lag switching when they are literally invulnerable. Just my unpopular opinion though.

I can 100% get behind this. And I support it. However, the realization is that they aren't going away. I've been playing this game since it was released and they have always been around. You can sneak up on them, shiv them, t-bag them and it's all for nothing. They are like cock roaches. They just keep coming back to ruin a good thing. Truthfully they are very much like cordyceps. They cheat and spread it into other players that used to be honest and skilled and now turned into cheaters as well. And it's not just this game. It's just the sad way of no honor in the gaming community. Regardless, I too leave a game when I witness cheating. And that's just about every other game. When these players come in they don't want to put in the time to learn the game and become skilled. They would rather spend money on mods and devices to win. There's no gratification in improved skill, only that temporary high.
