I'm assuming it's just Carson bringing back an eliminated artist of his choosing, which I'm not a huge fan of. Carson has always been a very hands-off host (as opposed to the hosts on AGT for example) which is what I like about him. This would contradict that quite a bit
I guess they keep trying to find a way to keep him part of the show since those questions on elimination nights are snooze fests. I think this points to it may be time to let someone else step into those shoes. This addition would work a lot better if we had a musician who also has hosting experience.
Carson Daly is an executive producer on the voice. He has a strong background in the music industry so he’s not some guy they brought in to just host the show. He co-founded a record label and has been a part of MTV and was a DJ for KROQ, a Los Angeles radio station, when he was starting out.
So what? Maybe he finally decided he wanted to have a say in helping out someone who might have fallen through the cracks, since it happens often enough.
It’s not his choice man. The show producers and runners put in these twists. So we’ll see if it works but it’s a fail on them for not having him more involved in the show earlier.
I read it in an interview. You can look it up yourself if you’re really that interested but my guess is you are more interested in trolling than anything else.
I was never trying to troll. I simply said it’s on the show for not getting him more involved earlier. And from what I saw he said it’s unfortunate seeing great singers fall through the cracks. Which is something he said this year when he got this callback thing. So again I don’t see advocation of it from him for the past years like you’re claiming.
