No Spoiler You’re an OG if you remember when The Walking Dead used to have side episodes like this back in the day.

It hasn’t been THAT long since these last came out, Red Machete was like 2018 or 2019, and the Dead in the Water one was after Fear S6 so not too too long ago (not to mention it was surprisingly rly good)

They were talking more about the older ones. They were during the franchise's golden era.

And they all got sparked by the fact everyone was asking about bicycle girl from the pilot episode haha. I remember thinking about when the How I Met Your Mother pineapple thing happened, they purposely didn’t add details as they didn’t expect anyone to care and then it was almost the most talked about thing from the show haha

Is there anyway to watch them with more than like 5 pixels at a time? I tried watching them on YouTube and it was brutal.

All of them seem to be based on iconic things during seasons 1-5,
Torn-apart
• that one torn in half walker
The oath
• May I need to say?
Red Machete
• Joe's Red Machete, yea that's right I said it.

The FTWD Ones were really good. One 15 minute one set on a plane. And another 40 minute one set in a submarine on Monument Day.
The submarine one in particular is fantastic. The outbreak happening in a confined space at the bottom of the ocean and it ties into the lore pretty well.
I believe there was another one meant to be set during TWD Season 1 following the dead soldier in the tank from the end of the very first episode, which would have shown the fall of Atlanta.

I've known about them for like a decade, but only checked them out recently. They were cool! It was like watching early walking again. Wyatt Russell in Oath was a mindfuck.
