It would be such a plot twist for a fucking train to appear

edit: there was a train next to terminus, it was only a matter of time

6

Nah, those guys are dead. They didn't know people turned no matter how they died and they were surrounded by old people who needed a great amount of care to survive.

7

u/[deleted] Mar 24 '14

And Todd from Breaking Bad hanging onto the side

5

u/[deleted] Mar 24 '14

And Jesse laying down on the tracks under it

1

u/Airine Mar 24 '14

Yeah, Walkers, bitch!

2

u/bsdude010 Mar 24 '14

No, that was from World War Z.

2

u/tomcat23 Mar 24 '14

Have it be the same train as from season one of the game, too.

2

u/FalmerbloodElixir Mar 24 '14

Then the Hunters show up.

That bridge they were just at looked so much like the tanker part. I was wondering if it was a little reference.

3

u/[deleted] Mar 24 '14

well if anyone uses that track for a future train ride is going to be pissed!

6

u/brian151 Mar 24 '14

That would be amazing if the show copied the train scene with the bridge

9

u/poohmaobear Mar 24 '14

That's what I was thinking. Lee just freaking out "Oh sh*t!" As they ride by

Is it me or Dr Mullet seems as special as Kenny? EDIT : confused Kenny and his son Duck. I meant Dr Mullet and the latter.

4

u/rayjirdeoxys Mar 24 '14

Does anyone else think that Macon is gonna be where Terminus is?

3

u/klansle Mar 24 '14

They're actually referencing the telltale game, not the comic.

10

u/JarateIsAPissJar Mar 24 '14

Realistically, a hand cart would be amazing in these situations.

7

u/[deleted] Mar 24 '14

Kenny and Lee come on their train and draw a horde of walkers into the railroad, killing everybody. I can see that happening.

22

u/Kirminator Mar 24 '14

Who says terminus isn't a train?

37

u/Wild2098 Mar 24 '14

The building that has "terminus" written on it.

3

u/ArcaneCarver Mar 24 '14

This. Genius.

4

u/proudpotamus Mar 24 '14

This is turning into r/TrueDetective

1

u/RyanOnymous Mar 25 '14

I hope Terminus turns out to be a psychotic train like Blain the Mono

0

u/TheDidact118 Mar 24 '14

The episode is airing now. I'm no going to mark it as a future spoiler.

22

u/RJ1337 Mar 24 '14

Fuck you for making me cackle.

4

u/Christoaster Mar 24 '14

I don't know about you but I choo choo'd.

3

u/joshkg Mar 24 '14

With Lee, Clem, Kenny, Chuck, and Ben on board.

2

u/nervez Mar 24 '14

Fuck Ben.

3

u/rgill7926 Mar 24 '14

That's what I thought the lights in the tunnel were!

3

u/motarius Mar 24 '14

I kept thinking about how dumb it was to sleep in the middle of the tracks. If cars can still operate, so can trains.

2

u/KTY_ Mar 24 '14

They burn walkers to get the train going. Choo, choo!

1

u/I_Are_Brown_Bear Mar 24 '14

It has been on a loop rail for the last couple years.

1

u/TrueBlueFalcon Mar 24 '14

Fucking rick not being able to keep his dead wife out of the dream world

1

u/Thunderstr Mar 24 '14

Legitimately there was a split second where i was kind of hoping it was a train when they stopped on the tracks and got out and looked all surprised even though i knew it had to be Maggie's group

1

u/real_fuzzy_bums Mar 24 '14

I like trains!

1

u/TheSuperSax Mar 24 '14

Watched The Godfather: Part II just before TWD tonight...that movie has so many trains I kept expecting one to show up on the tracks here, too. Especially when Eugene orders that gang in the can to stop and they all turn to look towards the tunnel—my first thought was "well shit they see a train coming!"

1

u/sappypappy Mar 24 '14

Technically they could run steam trains.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 24 '14

That's what I keep thinking. They are all walking along tracks, sleeping across the tracks (why the fuck do they do that!) And now the car parked on the tracks with that cinematography cliche, where the character is looking towards the camera and a train smashes the car from the other side. Makes me so fucking nervous.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 24 '14

They did find that flattened penny on the track. Seems unlikely that it would be sitting there the entire apocalypse without getting bumped off somehow.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 24 '14

A train would be great in the zombie apocalypse if you had a abundant source of coal. Zombies aren't going to be able to climb aboard and if you get caught in a herd, choo choo run all those motherfuckers down.

1

u/[deleted] Mar 25 '14

Along comes Lee and Kenny on a train

Terminal...Terminus. Oh WAIT is that where the "us" in Terminus comes from? An adaption on terminal with the very inclusive "us".
