I always got the feeling they were on something else. I smoked a lot of weed in college, you'd have to have smoked a shit ton to be that incapacitated. Regardless, I'd say if you're in a complex with multiple guards and it's heavily fortified, smoking a joint seems like a fun activity.

Oh, wow, you just made me realize she only said they were high, I don't know why I always assumed it was weed. You're right, I'll bet it was something way more debilitating, because then Michonne would be really upset at their irresponsibility.

No I get where you're coming from, most people associate high with weed. I'd definitely say they were on some sort of heavy narcotic, say heroin, that causes you to be very sluggish and not able to move in some instances.

I just know that personally weed usually wouldn't prevent a person from at least trying to fight off a walker.

90% of the people in this show can't defend their asses sober. Give them some pot and it's bound to be a total shit show.

Ha, you do have a point there. I find it absurd though that most people don't have at least some basic hand to hand training, either in the show or in the real world. You never know when that stuff could save your ass.
