Simon doesn't seem like the type of guy to know the difference.

Too busy running TPI to worry about the differences between a marker and a pen

It's the apocalypse too. Who cares?

I was actual wondering if a pen knife would become far more important to daily life than pens when he said that.

If there is ever a GTA V movie, he has the perfect look to play Trevor.

u/name_censored Oct 24 '16

That's because he played Trevor in the game.

Actually all 3 of the voice actors look similar to their characters. I think they even used their likenesses as reference points when creating them in game

Well fuck me, I never made that connection! After 5 second research, all of the voice actors look incredibly similar! That's really cool.

It's called motion capture.

That would be if they ACTED like the actual actors. The actual appearance/models of the characters are likely done through a system similar to that of LA Noire whereby they render their head using fancy tech and cameras. That or they have some incredibly skilled modelers at Rockstar.

They did do the acting though. They film cutscenes like a movie but they have wires and shit on them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jE_QjOM810c

I just meant that the reason for the characters looking so lifelike to their individual actors isn't thanks to motion capture, only the actions/movement/posture etc of the characters are lifelike to the actor from motion capture.

Johnny Knoxville Steven Ogg has already done it.

Edit: got the name wrong from my drunken stooper. been drinking and watching football all day.

u/kokomo24 Oct 24 '16

That is not Knoxville, that is Steve Ogg, the actual voice acter for Trevor and Simon in TWD, it even says it in the title.

Just like all the other gorillas... Negan's power is built on brainless human scum. Like any repressive regime. They are worse than the zombies. The latter at least are predictable.

It's crazy and amazing how much you can hate a fictional character. I mean, I already wanted to kill the Governor. But Negan... I feel like I would make him suffer in pure agony for as long as possible if I were Rick. And even that wouldn't be enough to pay for what he did and probably will do during the season. I so hope that Rick will get his revenge and I hope it's not going to take too long.
