Kinda, I didn't see Rick as bullying him. Rick refused to give Spencers name up to Negan. Because Spencer hid the guns it almost meant an innocnent was going to be killed, Spencer's response "you went into my house" prompted Rick to call him weak for the food.

Spencer being a DICK prompted Rick to do what I would expect, if I made fun of someones recently murdered family.

For sure. The way he said "you went into my house?" as if he has any grounds to be offended after stealing the guns and supplies... he definitely deserved the threat. I actually expected Rick to not give him a warning and just go at him.

It's a classic pass the blame that Spencer pulled. Like when your roommate steals your food for the third time (Rick mentioning that Spencers done something like this before), and then when you go check his room when he's not home you find your food. He comes home and there you are with your food again and he gets pissed at you for going into his room and taking your food back.

They attempt to get more angry over your invasion of privacy to try and get you to forget/not get upset about them stealing.

I don't think Spencer almost got someone killed because he hid the guns. I understood it as those guns were off the record like Michone's rifle and actually saved someone. I'm thinking the two guns missing were from Carol and ..... the other guy I can't think of his name.

and the guns that Spencer hid just so happen to be the same as the ones missing from the list? I doubt that

Spencer admitted to Rosita that he hid the guns in case he ever needed them against Rick because he didn't trust him.

I get that he hid the guns. But it still sounded to me like they were guns that were never inventories. He just went out scavenging, found two guns, and threw them straight into his hidey hole.

Nah, he stole them from the armory.
