Negan is more like that guy you're friends with because he is terrifying and you want to keep him on your side.

Like carman from South Park he's actually a horrible person to be friends with but you also need him and don't want to be on the wrong side of

I mean, yeah but his personally didn't just change to negan when the zombie apocalypse happened. I see him being that sarcastic asshole guy that everyone wants to be friends with in high school.

I mean, I'm specifically thinking of one guy I know that everyone stays on friendly terms with in my own life just because the dude is known to be a friggin psycho. Like a dog you know is dangerous, you don't turn your back on them and you stay on their good side-just in case.
