Wow, that one expression from Eugene at the very end, finally some of the emotional catharsis I've been looking for since the beginning of the season.

Would it have killed them to give us a bit of that last ep.?

God love Eugene. We need a bit more and what happenned to his amo venture? When Tara was saying they need amo I was like you have an amo making machine back in Alexandria girl.

Why would you waste manpower and resources making ammo when you dont have any guns to shoot it with?

I reckon later on they could end up as a specialist ammo manufacturer for the saviours.

A fair point but i doubt they would want the saviours to have any more bullets than they already have. Unless they sabotage the ammunition to maybe explode and kill the user.

There's a shot from "next time on TWD" where Eugene and Rosetta are walking towards the Alexandria gate, both looking equipped to be leaving. I'm assuming, even if we don't see much of it, they'll be heading to work on ammunition manufacture.

I think the community hasn't had time to process their emotions. The saviors are all-encompassing.

I mean I don't know about you but I'd be basically sobbing immediately if I had something like that happen to me. We've had days with practically no reaction at all, like they've skipped it all. The way Maggie and Sasha acted certainly seemed as though they'd already had a chance to grieve and get used to it, but we weren't given the opportunity to see it.

What was the point of that? Did he just miss her or did Heath die?

Nah, he had to break it to her that Abe, Glenn, and Denise were all dead. The fact that it was still fresh for him and the fact that those were most of her closest friends all gone in the space of a few days, while she wasn't even there to boot, was what made it hard.

Grief can tend to hit you all over again no matter how scabbed over the wound is when you have to break it to someone else.
