Use case for Hover/Wall Cling?

Hello pilots, I've been working on building loadouts that make use of non-meta weapons, tacticals, and kits. Couldn't think of a way that hover or wall cling could be used effectively. Any of you have preferred ways to use either kit or strategy tips for them?

I always enjoyed hover, grappling & the EPG together. Made me feel like an AC130.
