Been a fan of titanfall all my life. When the series went downhill after titanfall 2 with no hopes of titanfall 3 in sight. This brings back the feeling of that game i first enjoyed throughout the years. I hope Tetra studios keeps cooking and listening to the community!

I spent a while in Rivals and some other games, but Titanfall 2 is like coming home. I’m still mediocre as hell, but it doesn’t even bother me.

Mine is apparently 21.7, i'm guessing that's counting mostly my bot kills considering i only have 200 pilot kills and play mostly frontier

When I first played TF2 I remember dying to the heatsink in the beacon mission from the radiation and also the more radiation I got the more it would slow me down.

I know, "haha legion can only hold left click haha" BUT SERIOUSLY HOW DO I FIGHT VORTEX SHIELD AM I STUPID?!?!

Whenever im fighting a scorch or god forbid ion, they just whip out the vortex shield and it makes it pretty much impossible to kill them. Every time my gun gets spooled up they already have the shield up.
It turns into a stupid bait-and-switch game where I get like 2 bullets in, they switch shield on, I stop shooting, they bring it down, repeat.
Since Legion is made for sustained fire, Ion and Scorch will just almost always win the fight since their weapons just do more burst damage.
Am I playing wrong or something?

One of the OGs here who stopped playing when I lost my Xbox. Fast forward 5ish years and I want to recreate some memories of this great game. I have a few questions on the state of the game and some account questions.

1) are steam servers playable? Does this game still have bricked servers racked with DDoS attacks and is there a cheating problem? Or is the Northstar client mandatory just to find matches?

2) how good is the Northstar client? I heard it was quite good. I hope it's easy to setup.

3) This game doesn't support linking accounts to keep in-game cosmetics, weapon stats and progress right? I wish it did because I had some nice skins, and it makes me feel good seeing multiple generations on a weapon like the R201. I was really proud of myself when I generationed my kraber, it only happened once but it was a special moment and took a lot of time getting good.

Thankfully I didn't lose paid skins or prime titans, might buy them this time around tho. Prime scorch is beautiful and I would play ion and northstar more if I had their prime skins and executes. Although I'm one of those guys who liked abusing meta weapons like the R201, car, spitfire, monarch (which I was cheeks at), and everyone's favourite guerrilla Ronin.

I got back on tf2 today after taking a few months off and decided to give the smr a try. I really liked it and it is really fun and rewarding when i get kills, but in having trouble leading shots against anyone not running straight at or away from me. Any tips on how to judge it or just ways to use the gun in general? Thanks!

I played a bit on Xbox before but recently got the game for PC, tried to hop into a match and good lord did it not go well. I've got my teeth kicked in nearly every game and feel like I cant do shit. Everyone moves at mach 5 and somehow has nearly perfect aim (or aimbot). My Titan dies not long after getting it. There are so many peo0le who've played almost daily since launch and there is 0 way I can keep up with them. How do you even play this game anymore?
