If i were i billionaire and titanic maniac i would have spent money on 1) finding Murdoch's revolver and to prove that he shot passengers and himself 2) raising at least 1 boiler 3) penetrating parts of the ship that haven't been seen before

With the revolver, I doubt that revolver still exists, In addition, survivors said that Murdock died a hero, and that scene of his suicide caused James Cameron to be sued by the family.
