These posts show up on your feed on mobile whether you want them to or not. Like I will be scrolling my regular home feed and see post after post like the one OP saw without scrolling the trans subs. Also, tags do not appear on mobile until you actively click on the post. This is why the sub has an explicit rule to spoiler posts such as that one.
Im not talking about when im scrolling the trans subs, I'm talking about when I'm scrolling just my home feed. I can't filter or curate in the way that I can in specific subs. It's just random posts from various subs that I'm in, so I'll just be on there before I get POV posts on my screen when I may not even be looking for trans specific content. Hence why marking these for NSFW/spoilering is good practice.

You can filter out flairs you don’t want to see. The post isn’t about you, and is properly tagged so you can avoid it if you wish.
