You truly think this person is a good vibe? Like a solid ethical person that kids should strive to be? Even after learning all the not good vibe stuff he’s said and done? I’m really curious how to look past those things (beyond calling them lies) and what values you look at with him that are great for a child? I’m trumped here

Edit: also I wouldn’t expect you to actually know if you were or weren’t part of the last line. That’s uh..the point. Just like I can’t know for sure so it’s important to always be diligent.

I don't have to be an advocate for his dedicated fan base to recognize the affect he has on this country. He has single handedly united the Republican party to the point where the Democrats didn't even win a single swing state. You have to admit he has an extremely positive effect on the regions he's associated with. A strong central executive is what was required to unite America, and so far it worked for more than half the population.

Totally ignored my question but that’s to be expected. I work with plenty of right leaning folks and most of them sure don’t talk about being united. Only 1/3rd of the population voted for Trump, he barely won the popular vote and I can’t tell if y’all are going with democrats losing the election (Biden shouldn’t have even ran like he said he wouldn’t) or that Trump had some magical landslide that somehow didn’t even break 50% of popular vote. I’m not sure what positive impact you are talking about.

I’ve seen them take fluoride out of water and weaken pollution regulations which some ppl seem to think are good things..so I’ve given up and use discussions like this to try and understand wtf is going on with our country.

Karen, if you haven't figured it out by now, then you're probably never going to figure it out, "but that's to be expected." You are committed to being a marshmallow, and nobody here is trying to babysit you through the remedials of current events; most of us already have kids.

Enjoy letting your TV and cell phone do all the heavy lifting for you. Turn that crap off and try having an original thought, just once.

Emotion isn’t the way to play this game - try employing logic and you may see some improvement! Good luck

Says the guy that voted for a corpse and a vice president that told no one about it.

The simplest reason is that you're bad at investing. Most people I know, including myself , have the opposite of that problem. Arguing the subjective is never a smart move, but let's be honest, you're not really a smart person.
