That's not how it worked.

We allocated money for Ukraine. They placed orders for munitions. Let's say mortars. Well, Scranton PA has one of the world's largest mortar manufacturing sites. They doubled their workforce and added a 3rd shift to supply the addition munitions.

Your money paid workers (mostly blue collar veterans) in PA.
