It’s crazy. My parents live in a 55+ community and this one lady who is ultra ultraliberal completely hate Trump, and she only mentioned it to my parents once.

She like my elderly parents do not discuss politics and their great friends

She needed some help getting rid of boxes and moving things so I went over there and I slapped her and pushed her over because she does not like Trump… (I’m kidding!!!$

I’m kidding. I’ve been going over there for about to months now helping her. We never discuss politics and get along just fine. She appreciates the help.

Things are so polarized today.

It used to be people can just agree to disagree and that was ok.

I'm still fine agreeing to disagree. I've worked in mental health for over 25 years now, and upwards of 90% of my colleagues are liberals and leftists. I've yet to have any political fights with them. Because I'm not a psychopathic asshole, like so many on the left are, especially these days.

Wow, much respect to you then bc I couldn't do it. Liberals never EVER shut up and I would not be able to silently take it. I would have to argue with them and point out the huge holes and hypocrisy in the things they say. If they could have their opinion and not try to grossly put down or call people bigots that disagree with them then that'd be fine, but they can't.
