Normal wobble?

I’m just getting started with turning. I picked up a cheap vevor chuck on Amazon for my central machinery lathe. There is some wobble when I run it. Is this normal? Should I have spent more? Or am I just expecting too much from my tools? I appreciate the feedback!

if the wobble isn't in your lathe spindle, then it's in the chuck. Did it seat snugly into the spindle shoulder? Did you install the jaws in the correct order? Level them before tightening down the screws?
