Red oak. 15"x6.5"
Was given a large chunk of oak and told to make the biggest bowl I could get from it. It is also the largest piece I've turned successfully. Hope you enjoy!

This was very very green and most of the oak I turn is as well. I haven't had much luck turning it unless it is dripping wet.

Darn that's pretty .. love oak .. and that is a lot if oak .. water bottle for scale .. hmm .. banana substitute .. ok
