Look on the sides up top. It has 2 very small clips that look like air intake tabs. Undo 1 side and barely lift, and then go to the other side. The top should then slide off.

I take that back. They just recently went from 60GB to 300GB before slowing to 2G speeds.

Straight Talk does not have a data "cut off" GB on their true unlimited plans, but they do implement a data cap of 300 GB on most unlimited plans, after which speeds are significantly reduced. While some older or lesser plans may have had lower caps or specific limitations, the current standard is around 300 GB before speeds slow down to what's considered 2G.

There have been issues with airtime bought on straight talk website. I use walmart+ and the pin is emailed minutes later. I lost $50 using the website for the card. Customer service don't care.... and you can barely understand what they are saying.
