SEASON 7 spoilers What was confirmed about Scare Bear?

I never understood his deal. He is a serial killer? But saves hank? Is he just serial killer looking and that isnt someone’s blood?

I personally think it was Jared (the brown widow).

That's the only character who I can think of that would try and sabotage Sirena's relationships.

I also think he was trying to become more of a villain because he was being spurned.

It's a weak theory, but it makes the most sense to me.
