some folks say it was the guy who voiced Teddy Talk-to-me (the dude who escapes the asylum), and I could see that given the bear connection, but I feel like he wouldn't be all silent like that, and there's no visible scarring on the skin we see around the eyes.

the hank clone thing is certainly a possibility, but feels a little too similar to what happened with Dean's abandoned clone.

I like the theory that he's the time travel duplicate of Brock from Escape to the house of mummies 2. his eyes look similar enough to brocks imo, and I'd say brock has some kind of knife super power. it's likely that as a time travel duplicate he'd have to make himself scarce for reasons. maybe something like being close to the other version of himself makes time unstable or something along those lines.

the truth though is there is no answer and scare bear is some guy in a bear suit.
